These pricings are a base price and can fluctuate during high-volume times

If the guest decide to stay longer, they will just be charged the new and reduced rate for the next night except for the night they already stayed there will be no refund or discount on the night they already stayed

If you are checking in later than our regular business hours, you will need to call a day prior to check in to arrange for a room key

Each room features two brand-new double beds, in room refrigerator, microwave, coffee, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Our rooms are 100% non-smoking, as well as a handicapped accessible room. There is a phone on the deck must have calling card for long distance however local calls are free. We are proud to have no ringing phones in the rooms.

Reservations are advisable, especially during the spring and summer months.  It is best to make your reservation as far in advance as possible, but you are welcome to drop in and see what is available. A deposit of one night’s rate mailed in advance will hold your reservation or you may guarantee your arrival with a credit card number.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Refunds  are given only if reservations are cancelled seven days in advance. Sales tax will be added to above rates.  There are discounts for weekly stays and for groups reserving 6 or more rooms.  All rates subject to change without notice.

Note: remember we are very rural, so cell service is limited at this time. Verizon is the only cellular service in our area. Note our local phone company has been experiencing difficulties connecting calls at times if you are unable to connect by phone please email us.
